Can I use my EAP benefits with you?

Yes! As long as we are in-network with your insurance, you can utilize the benefits of your insurance's EAP. Simply provide us with the EAP code, number of sessions allowed, and expiration date so we can keep track of your free sessions. Once these run out, you may call your insurance to obtain another code, or use your insurance's general mental health benefits for future appointments.

Do you offer sliding scale therapy?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a sliding scale at this time. We offer a competitive rate for individual therapy which is lower than 98% of the offices around the valley.

Do you treat children?

The age groups of clients is subject to the therapist's preferences. Our therapist has decided to accept clients who are 12 years or older.

Do you accept HSA and FSA cards?

Yes! You may use these accounts to pay for services with us.

What insurances do you accept?

At this time, we accept several plans from Aetna, Anthem BCBS, Cigna, Triwest, and Medicaid (Anthem or Fee-For-Service). You may reach out to verify if we are contracted with your specific tiered network. For instance, we cannot accept Anthem Pathway X plans.

How soon can I be seen?

We typically have next-day availability (excluding weekends). Intake forms must be completed prior to scheduling. Once they are completed, reach back out to us to schedule an appointment.

Do you offer in-person or virtual appointments?

We offer both! In addition, if you do not feel comfortable sitting at home for your virtual appointment, you may use our projector room for your appointment.

If I live outside Nevada, can I make an appointment?

Out-of-pocket clients are welcome to become a client, no matter where they are from. Clients who wish to use their insurance must see a therapist who is also licensed to practice in that state. Our therapist is only licensed in Nevada.
